A Business Psychologist, Fellow of the Association for Business Psychology and Chartered Fellow of CIPD.

Claire brings a sound background in group and cross-country business transformation, organisational development, HR leadership, shared services, and board level strategy, leveraging 20 years of experience across the field of people management and development at multi-site organisations which have grown fast through a series of mergers and acquisitions.

Renowned for her pragmatic and hands on approach with an eye on both positive culture and the bottom line, Claire is highly competent in implementing services, policies, restructuring and change initiatives.

Additionally serving as INED of a Sports National Governing Body and Chair of the Remuneration Committee for a Housing Association, and as a trustee for a performing arts school charitable foundation.
