Diane Aitchison

A Chartered and HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience specialising in leadership assessment and development.

Diane has designed and delivered insightful assessment, selection and team development events, and thought-provoking and experiential leadership development programmes for a wide range of UK and international public and private sector clients. She is also a leadership coach for senior managers and for those with potential stepping into more senior leadership positions.

Taking an evidence-based approach to working with clients; using a range of psychometric tools, 360 degree feedback and job-relevant scenarios to identify people’s strengths, potential, and areas for development, Diane works with clients to create meaningful development plans and actions. Diane is a highly experienced assessor/observer, coach and facilitator, as well as a hugely an engaging and enthusiastic trainer, and expert assessment and development event designer.

More recently, Diane has been working alongside occupational health professionals, applying psychological principles to enhancing mental health and social wellbeing in the workplace.
