Renu is a recruitment specialist with over 15 years of experience spanning across public, private and charity sectors. She has led recruitment of c-suite, senior management, IT, scientific and engineering professionals. 

Renu has experience of leading continuous improvement processes in recruitment to save time, cost and to improve efficiency and candidate experience. She also has extensive experience of rolling out inclusive and safer recruitment initiatives to embed values and culture of organisations into talent attraction, selection and onboarding processes.

Her experience also includes design and delivery of training for 1000+ people managers in 27 countries to deliver safeguarding, diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
